Assay principle:

Simultaneous detection of polymorphisms in the F5 and F2 genes by means of real-time PCR.

Polymorphisms detected:

• +1691G>A (rs6025) SNP in F5 gene
• +20210G>A (rs1799963) SNP in F2 gene.

Kit contents:

• Buffers for restriction enzymes
• PCR mixes for analysis of polymorphisms +1691G>A and +20210G>A
• DNA-polymerase.

Requirements for the analysed DNA-sample: concentration 1–500 ng/µl

Analysis total time: 2 hours
