Assay principle:

Detection of polymorphisms in the CYP2C19 gene by means of real-time PCR.

Polymorphism detected:

• 681G>A (rs 4244285) in CYP2C19 gene
• –806C>T (rs 12248560) in CYP2C19 gene.

Composition of diagnostic kit:

• Buffers for restriction enzymes
• PCR mix for analysis of polymorphisms 681G>A and –806C>T
• DNA-polymerase.

Requirements for the analysed DNA-sample: concentration 1–500 ng/µl
