Application:

Kit for simultaneous isolation of viral, bacterial, and human DNA and RNA from clinical samples for subsequent downstream applications such as reverse transcription and real-time PCR.

Isolation of RNA and DNA from various biological samples:

Assay Principle:

Guanidine thiocyanate lysis and sorption to magnetic beads, with subsequent washing steps and elution of purified nucleic acids.
