Antigene werden aus dem Kulturüberstand gewonnen und mit Hilfe der Gelfiltration, Dialyse oder Affinitätschromatographie aufgereinigt. Der Antigengehalt wurde im ELISA ermittelt. Antigene können unterscheidlich, z.B. als Kalibratoren oder Immunogene, eingesetzt werden.
